Bryan Driscoll started with The Vines for what he expected to be a two-year stint to get some international experience.10 years later, Bryan is a partner and has his own vineyard and line of wines, Pasatiempo. The project is dedicated to his grandfather’s belief that living in the moment and sharing with family and friends is what life’s all about - and what better way to pay tribute to that belief than sharing great food and wines that reflect the unique soul of the Los Chacayes vineyards at the foot of the Andes?
